Frequently Asked Questions
Our lab ships worldwide with USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We will choose the most cost-effective shipping carrier based on the items ordered and their destination. Shipping and production times range from 2-10 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
For Fine Art Prints, shipping options are reflected at checkout Pieces with a long side greater than 40" or a short side greater than 30" may incur additional charges.
To address shipping requirements and lessen the potential for damage, over-sized products must be crated at an additional cost:
Crates for MetalPrints over 30x40 to 40x60 - $15.00 (required)
Crates for MetalPrints over 40x60 - $20.00 (required)
Products over 40" long that are shipped flat may require freight shipping, We can provide freight quotes for these orders.
Please allow additional time for the quote and freight delivery times.

Shipping Outside the USA
If you reside outside of the continental United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, please send a message to firstname.lastname@example.org
regarding your shipping preferences.
APO shipping is charged at cost sent via USPS.
Requests for shipping outside of the continental United States, other types of shipping, and expedited shipping will be charged at full cost. We are not responsible for duties and taxes required for international shipping.
Shipping Quotes are available for large orders or orders shipping to international destinations.
Please contact us with details of what will be in the order and the address it needs to go to.
Fulfillment White Label Drop Ship
We can Drop Ship directly to your customers in white label packaging. White Label Packaging is generic; no invoices or anything that identifies our vendor as the producer of the prints are included.
If complete address information is not supplied we will attempt to contact you,
Return Policy We do not accept returns of prints; all sales are FINAL. We do our utmost to ensure that everything is packaged carefully and arrives safely at their destination.
If your print order arrives damaged, please keep all the packaging materials and contact us immediately for further instructions
Can I buy the Original Art?
Absolutely! Just click on the link on the top of the product page. Since the originals ship directly from my studio and will have to be packed or crated, you'll need to e-mail me for a quote and to discuss shipping and payment terms.
Do you accept commissions?
I will accept a commission for a custom piece that fits within my subject matter and style. Commission rates run about $55 per linear inch (the total measurement around the perimeter of the painting). Commissions generally take between 6 weeks to ten weeks to complete and require a 35% deposit before starting, a second installment of 35% before finalization of the finished painting, and the final 30% upon delivery.
